Most of us like a glass of wine or two in the evening or at the weekend, and accidents and spills do happen ! But with the warranty that is included with your purchase (underwritten by Homeserve) ensures you can relax knowning that if you do stain your sofa and your can’t remove the mark, just call HomeServe who will attend and their proffessionals will remove the stain for you. The even better news, if they can’t remove the stain they will replace the affected piece of furniture.
The policy runs for 5 years from the date of delivery, and covers all types of sofas and chairs, from our vintage chesterfield sofa, through to the contemporary fabric sofas.
Details of you warranty and instructions on how to start the policy are sent directly to you following order. No one plans to stain or mark their furniture, but if it happens at least your know it’s protected.
